Service Terms
Estimates on this site are indicative. Final quotations are provided after site visit and design freeze. All engagements are governed by a signed contract that supersedes any information on this website.
Warranty
We offer up to 25 years warranty on plywood (e.g. Century Club Prime BWP), up to 20 years on hardware fittings, and 5 years of after-sales service for applicable craftsmanship-related concerns — at no additional service charge. Hardware, laminates and appliances also carry their original manufacturer warranties.
Liability
Shiv Interiors is not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the scope of an executed contract.
